HEALER’S WELL-BEING
7.3 HEALER’S WELL BEING
It is important to remember that an obsession with healing seva can be counterproductive. The healer must be well-nourished with nutrition and adequate sleep and their must be enough time in the day set aside for personal silence/introspection/ meditation. Without these, the healer will be depleting his/her energy and becoming less effective in the healing work as well. Low energy levels lead to low immunity which makes the healer susceptible to ailments. As a healer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that you are grounded, connected to inner Source, mentally equipoised and physically rejuvenated.
